EIA
At this moment there is a general program to stimulate companies to invest in solar power system. It is called the Energie Investeringsaftrek (EIA) (Energy Investment Deduction). Companies can deduct the investment costs for a solar power systems from their taxes. The EIA is a program organised by the Dutch Ministry of Economics. You can find the applicant forms at the chapter Downloads. Your solar project might qualify for other financial support programs. These programs are quite specific and technical. 

MEP
It is possible to apply for MEP-compensation. This is a rural support program for the production of renewable energy. It is quite complicated to apply for this compensation, it requires a lot of administrative work. In general you can receive 9,7 Eurocent for every kWh solar power you produce. Dutch utility Delta supports solar power
Private house owners and small businesses who are customers of energy company Delta the south-west of Holland, receive a subsidy of € 1,-/Wp when they invest in a solar power system. You can find the application forms at the chapter Downloads.
